For the Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Passion fruit syrup

0.25 Oz

Cointreau

1 Oz

Plantateray white rum

2 Oz

Apple juice

For the cocktail

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out and fill it up with ice cubes.
Shake it well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain the mix into a cocktail ( Martini ) glass.
