A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach syrup

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

4 Oz

Fiol

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

0.25 Oz

Orange blossom

In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT THE FIOL!
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne.
Top your glass with the FIOL.
