Lemon juice

Strawberry(ies) cutted in 4
0.50 Oz
Aperit
2 Oz
Pink wine
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Yuzu soda 1642
2 Leaf(ves)
Thyme
- Ice

In a shaker, pour the lemon juice and the starwberries.
Use a muddler to crush gentelly this mix.
Pour the other ingredients, EXCEPT the Yuzu 1642.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into a wine glass.
Top your glass with the Yuzu 1642.
