Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Simple syrrup
4 Piece(s)
Jalapeno
3 Leaf(ves)
Basil
1 Oz
Mezcal
2 Oz
Elderflower tonic 1642
- Ice
-
In a shaker, put the jalapenos, the basil, lemon juice and the liquid sugar cane.
Use a muddler to crush this mix.
Add the other ingredients and ice.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into an Old fashioned glass.
