Recipe for 1 Cocktail

2 Leaf(ves)
Basil
0.50 Oz
Yuzu juice
0.50 Oz
Elderflower syrup
2 Oz
Apple juice
1 Oz
Boulard calvados
  • Ice
  • In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, add the basil leaves ripped in 2.

    Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Martini glass.
