Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

6 Leaf(ves)

Mint

4 Piece(s)

Green apple

1 Tsp

Vanilla sugar

0.50 Oz

Salted butter caramel

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Boulard calvados

2 Oz

Pear juice

In a Mason jar, muddle the apple pieces and the mint leaves with the lemon juice and the salted buttrer caramel.
Add the ice and pour the Calvados and the pear juice out.
Shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.
