Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Elder flower syrup

1 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

1 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

1 Oz

Lemon flavored absolut vodka

2 Oz

Prosecco ruffino rosé

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out excpet the sparkling wine !!

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain the mix out into a glass of champagne.

Complete the glass with the sparkling wine.
