In a Masson Jarr, put the mint, the tarragon, the lemon juice and the cassonade.
Use a muddler to crush gentelly this mix.
Add ice cubes, the Rum and the juice.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Complete your Masson Jarr with the Ginger Ale.
