0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

2 Oz

Lychee juice

3 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Sake

In a shaker, put the fruits pieces and pour the sugar out. Use a muddler to crush this mix and pour the lychee juice and the Sake out. Shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds and pour all the mix out into a Hurricane. Fill it up with white cranberry juice and add some ice if you need it.
