Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

1 Oz

Red vermouth

0.50 Oz

Campari

1 Oz

Mandarines syrup

1 Oz

Peach nectar

3 Oz

Sparkling water with mandarine flavour

In your shaker, pour all the ingredients, EXCEPT the sparkling water.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain your shaker into a wine glass..
Add 2 ice cubes and complete with the sparkling water.
