Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

In a shaker, put the apricot pieces, pour the lemon juice and the liquid cane sugar out. Use a muddler to crush this mix and pour the other ingredients out, add the rosemary pinch. Fill your shaker up with ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Cocktail glass.
