Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Crème de cassis

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

2 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

1 Oz

Lemon flavored absolut vodka

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

1 Pinch(es)

Tarragon

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the Sparkling Wine.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a flute of champagne glass, fill it up with the bubbles.
