Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

2 Oz

Domaine chandon

1 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

1 Oz

Bombay sapphire gin

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach syrup

In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT THE MOUSSEUX !

Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a glass of champagne.

Top your glass with the MOUSEUX.
