Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Yuzu juice

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Lemon flavored absolut vodka

1 Oz

jp chenet bubbles

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the Sparkling Wine.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a flute of champagne glass, fill it up with the J.P Chenet.
