In a skaer, pour the lemon juice, the Elder Flower syrup and the cucumber.
Use a muddler to crush gentelly this mix.
Pour the other ingredients out, EXCEPT the Bubbles.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Complete with the J.P CHenet Rosé.
