Raspberries

Vanilla sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Rhum blanc

2 Oz

Crémant de pomme rosé

Ice

In a shaker, pour le lemon juice, the rasberries and the Vanilla sugar.,
Use a muddler to crush this mix.
Add the Rum and ice.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into an Old Fashioned glass.
Complete with the Crémant de pomme rosé.
