Angostura bitter

0.25 Oz

Lemon juice

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Martini rosso

1 Oz

Orange juice

1.25 Oz

Scotch whisky

1 Oz

Soda

In a shaker, all the ingredients out, EXCEPT the Perrier.
Fill your shaker up with ice.
Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker uinto an Old Fashioned glass.
Complete with the Perrier
