4 Dices

Kiwi

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Midori melon liquor

1 Oz

Ketel one vodka

1 Oz

Sparkling elderflower cordial

In a shaker, put the kiwi pieces, pour the lemon juice and the Midori out. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Add the ice and pour the Vodka. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour out the mix into an old-fashioned glass, add a few ice cubes and fill it up with the Sparkling cordial. Stir it well and serve with 2 straws.
