Ingredients

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach syrup

1 Oz

Sake

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

1 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

Ice

C'est la pêche...!

In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT THE SPARKLING WINE!
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne and then complete with the sparkling wine.
