Elder flower

1 Oz

M vodka

Cucumber

2 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

1 Oz

Grapefruit perrier

Ice

Preparation

In a shaker, put the cucumber pieces, the lemon juice and the Elderflower.
Use a muddler to crush this mix.
Poor the other ingredients, EXCEPT the PERRIER.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass, and complete with the Grapefruit Perrier.
