Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Ginger liquor

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

3 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

3 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, EXCEPT the Sparkling Wine.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a flute of champagne glass, fill it up with the Sparkling Wine.

Add a rasberries skewer on your glace with some ice sugar on it .....
