Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Blackcurrant syrup

2 Oz

Cranberry/raspberry juice

1 Oz

St remi

1 Sprig(s)

Thyme

1 Oz

Grapefruit perrier

In a Shaker, pour the pièces of strawberries , the lemon juice and the currant syrup out. Use a muddler to crush. Add the other ingredients, EXCEPT the Grapefruit Perrier. Fill your shaker up with ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the totality of your shaker into a Fizz Glass. Complete with teh Grapefruit Perrier.
