Watermelon syrup

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

2 Leaf(ves)

Basil

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

Cranberry juice

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

In a shaker, pour the ingredients out except the sparkling wine! Add the basil leaves ripped in 2. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail out into a Champagne glass, fill it up with sparkling wine and stir gently.
