Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

2 Leaf(ves)

Basil

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Raspberry syrup

2 Oz

Pineapple juice

1 Oz

St james rum

2 Dash(es)

Tabasco

In a shaker, , pour the other ingredients out and the basil leaves cut in 2. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, into a Cockatil (Martini ) glass.
