Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach liquor

Peach

1 Pinch(es)

Coriander

1 Oz

White sauvigon wine

1 Oz

Sake

2 Oz

White grape(s)

In a Mason Jarr put the lemon juice, the peach liqueur and the pièces of peach. Use a muddler to crush this mix. Add remaining ingredients and a pinch of coriander and ice. Shake vigorously and then for 8 to 10 secondes. Add some more ice cube if needed.
