Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach syrup

Peach

1 Pinch(es)

Coriander

1 Oz

White sauvigon wine

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

In a shaker put lemon juice, the peach syrup and the pièces of peach. Use a muddler to crush this mix. Add the others ingredients and a pinch of coriander and the ice. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a glass of wine.
