Purple Fasion
In a Shaker, pour the beet root, the liquid sugar cane and the lemon juice. Use a muddler to crush this mix. Pour all the other ingredients, the 2 basil leaves cut in 2 and ice. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds and strain into a Cocktail glass ( Martini ).
