A nice Margarita version....

Ingredients

0.25 Oz

Cointreau

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Passion fruit syrup

1 Pinch(es)

Coriander

1 Oz

Silver tequila

1 Oz

Mango juice

In a shaker pour all the ingrédients. Add some ice cube and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass ( Martini ).

Put a nice head of coriander and make a rime with some black sugar....
