In a shaker, put the fruits and pour the lemon juice and the violet syrrup out without the thym. With a muddler crush the mix. Add the ice and the other ingrédients, EXEPT THE PERRIER. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Pour all into an Highball glass and then complete with the Perrier.
