Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Pineapple juice

1 Oz

Ketel one vodka

Ice

In a shaker, muddle the ginger and the pineapple pieces with the lemon juice and the sugar cane. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in an empty pineapple.
