Pear

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Pear juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Pinch(es)

Rosemary

2 Dash(es)

Tabasco jalapeno (green)

In a shaker, muddle the pear pieces with the lemon juice and the sugar cane. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a cocktail (Martini) glass.
