Ingredients

1 Oz

Blackberries purée

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Crème de cassis

1 Oz

Lemon flavored absolut vodka

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

In a shaker, put all the ingrédients, EXEPT THE SPARKLING WINE fill your shaker up with ice. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail out into a flutechampagne glass and top it with the sparkling wine.
