A Gin Citadelle cocktail with a lot of flavours...

Ingredients

Rosemary

2 Unit(s)

White grape(s)

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Citadelle gin

1 Oz

Apple juice

Ice

Dear Gin !

In a shaker, put the white grapes and the rosemary, pour the lemon juice and the liquid cane sugar out. Use a muddler to crush this mix and pour the Gin and the apple juice out. Fill your shaker up with ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour all the mix out into a cocktail glass ( Martini ).
