0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach liquor

1 Oz

Aperol

2 Oz

Pineapple juice

2 Oz

Mionetto prosecco

Ice

In a shaker, crush the peach pieces, with the lemon juice and the sugar.

Pour the other ingredients out, EXCEPT, the Mionetto Prosecco.

Fill it up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour it out through into a wine glass.

Top with the bulbbles of Mionetto Prosecco.
