Elderflower syrup

Rose water
1 Oz
Beefeater gin
1 Oz
Grapefruit flavored soda (perrier)
  • Ice

  • In a shaker, muddle the cucumber peaces with the lemon and the sugar.Pour the other ingredient but don't the soda. Add the ice, shake well 8 to 10 seconds and pour the cocktail into a old-fashioned glass.
