Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

Cucumber

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Elderflower syrup

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Ginger ale

Ice

Fizzy Cucumber

In a Masson Jarr, put the cucumber pieces, pour the lemon juice and the sugar out. Use a muddler to crush this mix. Pour the other ingrédients, EXCEPT the Ginger Ale out and fill up with ice cubes. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Complete with the Ginger Ale.
