4 Dices

Ginger

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Chocolate liquor

0.50 Oz

Milk

0.50 Oz

10 % cream

1 Oz

Pear flavored absolut vodka

In a shaker, put the ginger pieces, pour the chocolate liquor and the sugar out. Crush this mix with a muddler and pour the others ingredients out. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into a Martini glass
