Lemon juice

1 Berries

Aperol

0.25 Oz

Soho

2 Oz

Mango juice

2 Oz

Mionetto prosecco

Ice

In a shaker, put the strawberry pieces, pour the lemon juice and the sugar out.

Use a muddler to crush this mix.

Pour the other ingredients out and fill your shaker up with ice cubes, Except the Prosecco Mionetto.

Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour out your cocktail, through a cocktail strainer, into a coupette glass.
