Lemon juice

Maple syrup

Bacardi white rum

Soda (perrier)

Ice

In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the mint leaves, with the maple syrup and the lemon juice. Fill your glass up with ice. Pour the rum, the soda and stir it well.
