Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Remy martin vsop cognac

3 Oz

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry with the sugar cane. Pour the Cognac out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, in a highball glass and fill it up with the 7 up, stir it well.
