Blackberry(ies)

3 Leaf(ves)

Mint

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Pineapple juice

1 Oz

Kirsch

In a shaker, muddle the blackberry and the mint with the lemon juice and the sugar cane. Pour the other ingredients out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Martini glass.
