A strawberry and basil Daquiri with pepper and blackcurrant flavors...

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

0.25 Oz

Crème de cassis

1 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Smirnoff vanilla flavored vodka

Black pepper

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry and the basil leaf with the lemon juice and the sugar cane. Pour the other ingredients out except the pepper !!! Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Martini glass. Finish by the ground pepper on the top of your drink.
