Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

2 Oz

Orange juice

2 Oz

Pineapple juice

3 Oz

Ginger ale

0.50 Oz

Bacardi white rum

0.50 Oz

Bacardi gold rum

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the ginger ale !!! Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a highball and fill it up with the ginger ale.
