Liquid cane sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

3 Oz

Apple juice

1.50 Oz

Mount gay eclipse rum

In a shaker, muddle the strawberry and cucumber pieces with the lemon juice, the sugar cane and the mint. Pour the other ingredients out, add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, in a highball glass.
