Elderflower syrup

0.25 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

Apple juice

1 Oz

Beefeater gin

2 Oz

Soda (perrier)

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the soda !! Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out in an old-fashioned glass, fill it up with the soda.
