0.75 Oz

Lychee juice

0.50 Oz

Cranberry(ies)

1.25 Oz

Sake

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

Ice

In a shaker, pour the juices and the Sake out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a Martini glass, fill it up with the Sparkling Wine.
