Brown sugar

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Bacardi white rum

2 Oz

Soda

1 Turn(s)

Black pepper

Ice

Poivrito

In a mason jar, muddle the strawberries, the mint leaves and the pepper with the lemon juice and the cane sugar. Add the ice and pour the Rum and the Chambord out. Shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds and fill it up with the Perrier, stir it well.
