Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1.50 Oz

Metaxa

2 Oz

Coke

1 Wedge(s)

Lime

Ice

In a shaker, pour lemon juice, the sugar and the Metaxa out. Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in an old-fashioned glass full of ice. Fill it up with the coke, squeeze the lime wedgw and stir it well.
