A chic christmas menu with wines pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of inclusive wine
- Scallops Rossini style, grilled hazelnuts virgin sauce, goat cheese and bacon |
- Small pot of dark chocolate, crunchy hazelnut and peanut butter foam
- Québec veal, celery root puree, butternut squash virgin sauce, candied pearl onions |
The price includes a 2-hour cooking workshop and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks and taxes are not included. Gratuity appreciated on site!
