They perfectly embody conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. More than just small bites, tapas create a warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for encouraging conversation, laughter, and good vibes.

• Tajín-spiced beef tataki with mushroom duxelles, light horseradish cream and sourdough crostini
• Slow-roasted salmon bites, butternut squash purée, Honeycrisp apple brunoise, toasted pumpkin seeds and dill oil
• Mini duck confit burgers with mushrooms, Migneron de Charlevoix and three-mustard maple sauce
• Mascarpone and Swiss cheese puff pastry pinwheels with maple apple butter

The price includes a 2-hour tapas workshop and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere and a glass of wine or sparkling wine upon arrival, selected by our sommelier.
